REGISTRATION for the conference Assuring the integrity of the food chain: Fighting food fraud (FOODINTEGRITY 2016) is CLOSED.
Registration is requested from each conference participant; members of the FoodIntegrity project consortium have free registration.
After successful submission of your registration you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail indicating the total amount of payment due. If it will not be delivered within a few minutes after submission of your registration please contact us at foodintegrity2016@vscht.cz.
The regular registration fee will include:
- Attendance at the conference
- Conference kit (name badge, conference bag, conference documents, certificate of participation, certificate of presentation on request)
- Final programme & Book of abstracts
- Coffee breaks
- Buffet luncheons
- Conference dinner (free of charge only for the FoodIntegrity project consortium members)
In the registration form you can also order ticket(s) for the conference dinner for participants who are not members of the FoodIntegrity project consortium and for accompanying person(s) at € 60.
Please note that your registration is firm when your payment has been received.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Registration fee of those who have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation has to be received until 15 March, 2016, otherwise these contribution(s) will not be included into the Book of Abstract and the conference programme.

For payment by credit card €5 surcharge will be added for handling costs.

Cancellation policy
Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to foodintegrity2016@vscht.cz.
Payments will be refunded after the conference and when the following cancellation charges have been deducted:
Cancellation before 1 March, 2016 – refund 75%; no refunds after that date.

The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes. Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.
